Perhaps not suitable for the hard core smack pilot in its standard form, but its one of the first ARF 3 blade offerings on the market today.At $895 AU and around 1 hour to get into the air all you need is a receiver and flight pack and of to the field for a maiden. I have already had a few people interested in extending the boom to a 600 and then fitting a scale body.

What would it take to become a hardcore smak machine? I am very curious as to the feel of a three bladed heli setup.. From what i have seen it seems to have good collective response and roll rates, better hang time and more expense after a crash!

 

According to the flight videos available on u tube, it's a nice mild 3 d machine. To tune it into a monster an engine swap with a 10+ cell count would bring it to the next level.

Yeah sure does @simon ... Just looking at the flight characteristics it is definitely different. The way it hangs and spins and turns on a dime.... They could make mainstream perhaps? time will tell! Vendors might like them because they have 3 blades instead of two, a 3bladed head system as well - must be more expensive.
