So for around $400 4 bladed 500 can be build... sure additional pair of blades is needed.

I assume it can require some Align parts like 500 swash, main gear, umbrella gears.

I am just impressed with performance of this scale 500 with 4 blades.

Just the idea... is it bad?

I like:
- idea of more than 2 blades, I know heli with one blade can fly ; )
- making Gartt clones flyable (vide Gartt 800)
- low RPMs, low disc loads
- testing cheap electronics
- experimenting
