Well known RC Helicopter Pilot from Spain, Raquel Bellot signs with Thunder Power RC to represent the brand at RC helicopter events and competitions around the world.
Known in the RC Helicopter arena as ‘Lady 3D,’ Raquel Bellot has decided to join the Thunder Power RC team at helicopter events worldwide. In 2010 and 2011, Raquel participated in the IRCHA event. Raquel captured the audience as more than just a woman flying RC, she was flying 3D with her transmitter behind her back. Raquel has a passion for RC Helis that began at the age of 15. However, to Raquel RC is more than just flying it is helping others to enjoy the hobby.
Raquel passes along her RC knowledge and experience by helping others at events she attends worldwide. In addition, she opened up her own RC shop AreA51-RC.es in 2011. Raquel runs her business and resides in Spain, although her hobby and passion takes her across the globe. Raquel has visited more than 12 countries to participate in competitions and events. Some of the events she has competed in include: Taiwan Align FunFly, 3DX Spain, IRCHA, Zone Format and 3D Masters. Raquel was the first female pilot ever to compete in the 3D Masters.
Raquel will power up her Align T-Rex 700E with Thunder Power RC G6 Pro Power 65C batteries for her public debut at the 2012 3D Masters in Venlo, Netherlands. When asked about the new partnership Raquel stated, “I only want the best for my helicopters, top quality and maximum power, that led me to Thunder Power RC.”
