Torque and centering play the most part.

I of of hte beleif tht the newer coreless servos are faster in response out of centre and prove to have more of a snappy feel for fast smack type flying.

 

Can you feel a difference between a slow servo and a fast brushless servo?

 

Firstly excuse my spelling on my first post, i was typing on the phone.

The only thing i can say for certain is buy HV servos and run them at 8.4 v

They are all pretty much the same in specs nowdays.

I have had good success with the RJX servos of late, At $100 each they are strong, reliable and fast.

I refuse to pay the money some servos are asking when you really are "splitting hairs" in specs on paper.

 

you can definitely feel the speed in the air

 

You can only achieve speed from torque under load and the only time your Heli is not under load
is when it's not flying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
