yeah, the EC5 is just a Mr Zen-ism.. I use EC5's on everything, that way I can swap batts between Heli's if I want to, and only one connection...

As for the quality, the Green is the full Carbon and Boom set up, so yeah, the quality is higher. Chalk and cheese when comparing the stock...
